It’s already that time of year, with the stockings getting ready for stuffing, the reindeer getting ready for their 24-hour world-trip, and Santa ticking off his list of who has been naughty or nice! With the elves hard at work in the North Pole, at Muntigs Bar & Restaurant at Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Day Spa, we have been devising a beautiful Christmas Day lunch menu to savour all of the gastronomical palates of our guests on Nusa Lembongan. With the touches from our new Executive Chef straight from Germany, Matthias Beer, we have a selection of traditional and creative options for our guests to treat themselves on for that special Christmas Day cheer with their loved ones.
