Blessed with one of the warmest smiles a staff member could have, we are so happy to introduce Ary, one of our Supervisors at Muntigs Bar & Restaurant at Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Day Spa! Ary is much more than just a smiley face, he also has the skills and education from his years of university studies with a diploma in Tourism. However with years of experience in service, he happily shares his skills and guest expertise with us, as he likes being a part of the Batu Karang family and working with a professional team who take a lot of pride in their work. Ary was raised in Jungut Batu Village on Nusa Lembongan, and still lives with his large family with a sister, grandmother, uncle, parents, and other relatives in the family home. During his free time, Ary helps the family with their local business, who used to be seaweed farmers and now run a little shop on the beach, and also deliver water to other businesses and homes. Ary is a strong athlete, who used to play soccer but unfortunately on island life, there are not enough other players to form two teams, so instead now he runs distances around the island to keep fit! An avid stand-up-paddle boarder, Ary loves spending time on the sea, jumping off the pontoons with his friends, and swimming. He is enjoying life before he finds the lucky lady to have a family with! And we are happy to keep him busy until this time with his fantastic & genuine guest service, and strong team leadership. As for future plans, Ary still hopes to be part of the Batu Karang family for his 5-year plan, and we couldn’t be happier about this.
