It is generally pretty rare these days to hear of staff who have the loyalty of eight years of employment with you, but at Muntigs Bar & Restaurant at Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Day Spa, we are lucky enough to have this dedication with Juwet. Employed in service from the start, Juwet has worked in both Muntigs & The Deck Café & Bar, and was a key staff member to help open The Deck Café & Bar four years ago. Juwet has dedicated his career to service – and you can tell, he takes his role as supervisor with us very seriously. He might not be that staff member on the floor who is cracking the jokes, but that is because he is leading the team with focus, ensuring everything is running smoothly….but don’t worry, when he does let a smile slip, it’s sure worth the wait! Working to support his family and pay off his house, Juwet sometimes tries squeeze in a surf when he can, although he is still learning. Juwet’s passions behind the bar are his fantastic freshly shaken cocktails, and has a keen interest in wine and whiskys to take his expertise to the next level (good thing he’s working in the right place for that!).
