Qualcuno Ha Detto Prosecco? Si!

nusa_lembongan

At Muntigs Bar & Restaurant at Batu Karang Lembongan Resort & Day Spa, we enjoy the finer things in life & particularly have a soft spot for a nice glass of bubbles. Whether it is Champagne or Prosecco, we are happy to enjoy either of the French or Italian versions. However, what differentiates Prosecco from Champagne is not only the grapes used (grapes grown in the Champagne region of France vs. the Glera grape in Italy), but also the fermentation method, where with Prosecco, the secondary fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, also known as the Charmat-Martinotti Method. All technicalities aside, we are so excited to have a beautiful addition of an Italian Prosecco to our menu, that is more than your average Prosecco, the Prosecco Fantinel Extra Dry Friuli Venezia Giulia! It is a soft, fresh, dry, & velvety Prosecco with bright & lively notes. It is characterised as an elegant Prosecco with delightful floral aromas. If you’re not sold on it yet, imagine yourself on our beautiful Balcony Bar patio with a glass of this in your hand under the Bali sun staring at our breathtaking view. We can, how about you?
