A descendant of the Chinese Chow Mein and Japanese Yakisoba dishes, the Mie Goreng is a sweet soy & spicy fried yellow-noodle dish with every colourful element a chef could ask for, tossed with egg, mixed vegetables, Indonesian spices, and some local chef care. Served with prawn crackers (krupuks) & delicious chicken satays on the side, this is a good fresh dish to enjoy under the Nusa Lembongan sun or stars.
