Finished with spiced bok choi & coriander cassava puree, this traditional Indonesian dish is a colourful, fresh, and blend of spices to please your tastebuds, balanced with the freshness and textures of bok choi. Our Assistant Executive Chef, Nyoman Sriadnyana, a local Balinese Chef who comes to the Batu Karang family from many years at The Four Seasons, added his special authentic finesse to this fine duck plate.
